Wednesday, March 18.8th Grade Service Learning Fair. 8th grade students will present their service learning projects to the Middle School community.
Thursday, March 26. 8th Grade Crossing Campus for Parents and Students. This evening presentation will help you get better acquainted with the Upper School. You are invited to hear from a group of students and Upper School Director, John Schafer about the culture and program offerings in the high school.

Auction 2023: The Greatest Knight! The online auction opens on Wednesday, March 15 at 8:00 pm and closes on March 22 at 8:00 pm! Don’t forget to buy your CMIs (Fixed Price Items) early before they sell out! Don’t miss out on the abundance of parties, vacations, sporting events and more! Donate to Fund-a-Future. Back to School Party: Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2:00-4:00pm. For students only. Join fellow 8th graders for games and snacks at Mitchell Park. Please see the group photo here. 8th Grade Outdoor Ed Trip: Friday, Aug. 26. Students should arrive on campus no later than 7:45 am as they will depart Menlo promptly at 8:00 am. 8th Grade Parent Coffee: Wednesday, Aug. 31, 9:00-11:00 am. Meet fellow 8th grade parents at the CADC Patio for an informal coffee and catch-up, learn more about the coming year, and sign up to volunteer. Please see details in the Paperless Post invitation.

8th Grade Parent Ed Night & DC Trip Info: Tuesday, Sept. 27, 5:30-7:00 pm, Martin Family Hall.

8th Grade Students Back to School Swim and Pizza Party, Sunday, Oct. 9, 2:30-6:30 pm, Alpine Hills Tennis and Swim Club. Join your current 8th grade classmates for a fun back to school swim and pizza party. This auction Count Me In (CMI) event benefits Menlo financial aid. $40 per student. You can purchase the ticket here. Financial aid available by contacting Rose Garza.
8th Grade Moms Night Out: Thursday, Nov. 3rd, 6:30-8:30 pm, State Street Market, 170 State Street, Los Altos.
8th Grade Option to Visit Upper School: Thursday, Nov. 10, 8:30 am-12:00 pm. If you are a current 8th grade family exploring high school options and would like your 8th grader to visit Menlo Upper School classes, please register them for our visit day for current students. Menlo Auction: Saturday, March 18, 5:30 pm, Athletic Center. 100% of auction proceeds benefit Financial Aid for Menlo. Go to the Menlo Auction webpage for more information.
