Where to Start?

• The Menlo School Employee Benefits Webpage provides an overview of each plan, the cost of co-pays, any associated employee payroll deductions as well as contact information for each plan. Please use the login name: Menlo and the password: benefits to access this portal.
• Use your benefits administration website, Ease, to select and enroll in our different insurance benefits plans.

Making Changes?

Remember, after your initial eligibility, your benefits may only be changed during open enrollment or if you have an IRS-qualified change during the year. IRS-qualified changes include (but are not limited to):

• Marriage or divorce
• Birth or adoption of a child
• Loss of coverage for a spouse

Open Enrollment is held in May for the following school year. Please look for more information at that time. You will want to understand the range of benefits offered to make the right choice for you and your family.
